The YouTube Funnel That Helps Coaches Make Sales Daily

If you’ve been grinding on Instagram, chasing trends, or praying your next Reel goes viral—this post is for you.

For over 10 months now, I’ve been using YouTube to consistently generate daily sales. I only film once or twice a month, I don’t obsess over editing, and I’m not constantly posting new content. So, how do I do it?

I stopped treating YouTube like a content platform—and started treating it like a sales system.

Let’s walk through the exact funnel I use, how you can set it up yourself, and the checklist you need to start making daily sales from YouTube—without a big audience or going viral.

The Mindset Shift That Changed Everything

Success on YouTube for business owners doesn’t come from going viral. In fact, chasing viral content can actively sabotage your sales.

Why Viral Videos Can Ruin Your Channel

At one point, I shifted my focus toward getting more views to “look authoritative.” It worked—those videos went viral and brought in hundreds of thousands of views.

But here’s what really happened:

  • Those videos brought in DIYers and freebie seekers, not buyers.

  • YouTube started recommending my videos to the wrong audience.

  • My sales dried up.

Meanwhile, my lower-view videos—the ones that barely cracked 200 views—were still bringing in clients. Why? Because they spoke directly to my ready-to-buy viewer.

I eventually deleted those vanity videos and reset my channel. That was the turning point. I built my YouTube playlist funnel, and that’s when the daily sales started.

The Three-Part YouTube Sales Checklist

Let’s break this down into three stages:

  1. Setting up your system

  2. Implementing it consistently

  3. Turning views into daily sales

Part 1 – Setting Up Your Sales System

If you’re going to use YouTube as a sales machine, you need to stop creating content “just because” and start building a funnel that leads viewers to buy.

Step 1 – Choose One Offer to Sell

Everything you create should point to one core offer. It could be:

  • A high-ticket coaching program

  • A digital course

  • A membership

  • A done-for-you service

In my case, everything leads to the YouTube Coaching Experience—my premium offer. Choose the one you’re most excited to sell and anchor your funnel around that.

Step 2 – Build a Funnel, Not a Content Calendar

This isn’t about coming up with random content ideas or “providing value.” Your videos should serve a purpose—and that purpose is sales.

My funnel consists of five videos, strategically planned to guide a cold viewer to a buying decision. Each one addresses an objection, a mindset shift, or a belief gap that my ideal client needs to overcome before purchasing.

That funnel fuels not only my YouTube channel—it gives me email and social media content too, if I want to repurpose it.

Step 3 – Map Out Your Playlist Funnel

Part 2 – Implementing Your YouTube Strategy

Once you have your system mapped out, it’s time to execute it—simply and consistently.

Step 1 – Batch Film Your Videos

Life is busy. Between clients, students, and kids, it’s hard to find time to film every week. That’s why batching is critical.

Here’s what I do:

  • Plan and script my videos ahead of time (even in the carpool line).

  • Sit down once or twice a month and film 4–5 videos in one session.

  • That’s my entire month of content—done in a day.

Step 2 – Keep It Simple and Follow the Plan

You don’t need a fancy camera or flawless editing. I’ve filmed videos with:

  • Lipstick on my teeth

  • A rosacea flare-up

  • My kids bursting into the room

What matters is the value you provide. Your audience cares about how you solve their problem, not your lighting setup.

I use my Video Game Plan system to stay organized and on track. It’s how I’ve consistently posted one to two videos a week for eight years.

Step 3 – Let Go of Perfection

Perfection will kill your momentum. Don’t wait to feel “ready.” Don’t wait until your brand feels polished. Just show up.

Focus on service. Focus on solving problems. That’s what converts.

Part 3 – Making Sales Every Day from Your Channel

Now comes the fun part—turning your views into consistent revenue.

Step 1 – Mention an Offer in Every Video

Remember that core offer from Step 1? Make sure it’s woven into every video. Not as a hard pitch—but through strategic storytelling and natural mentions.

You can also mention low-ticket products (like my Video Game Plan) to build trust with new viewers.

Step 2 – Use Strategic Follow-Up

Here’s what happens when someone buys a low-ticket offer:

  • They get an email introducing my high-ticket coaching program.

  • They’re reminded about it inside the course.

  • I follow up with them personally via Instagram DMs to offer support.

These touchpoints build relationships and guide buyers to the next level without pressure or pushiness.

Step 3 – Track Sales, Not Views

This is huge. Most creators obsess over views. But your most profitable video might only get 50.

Track where your sales come from and double down on those videos. That’s how you scale your results—not by chasing viral content.

Why This Works When Other Strategies Don’t

Most business owners spend months creating content that never converts because:

  • They post without a plan

  • They panic over low views

  • They wait until everything’s “perfect”

Meanwhile, their competitors are implementing this system and waking up to DMs like,

“I binge-watched your channel and just bought your course.”

This isn’t magic. It’s strategy. And you can start today.

Real Results from Real People

In the last 10 months of using this strategy, I’ve:

  • Quit Instagram completely

  • Worked less than ever

  • Increased revenue by 50%

  • Made sales every single day—without posting daily

And my clients? They’re selling courses with just seven views. They’re closing clients from their comment sections. They’re finally breaking free from the content hamster wheel.

And they’re doing it with simple videos, small channels, and no fancy setups.

If this post lit a fire in you—if you’re tired of grinding, burning out, and posting content that doesn’t convert—this is your moment.
