3 Systems To Help You Make $100,000 THIS YEAR!

A few weeks ago, I broke down the math needed to calculate the road to 100K. If you want to expand on this knowledge, you're in for a treat. I'm breaking down the systems I use to automate my business, which is one of the core reasons I've hit 100k several times.

You don't need to be working 24/7 to make six figures. For one, it isn't sustainable. You'll end up overwhelming yourself and making simple checks and balances mistakes that will eventually catch up to you.

It's also unnecessary when there are so many great tools out there that are affordable and easy to use. You don't have to dish out hundreds of dollars or be a tech whiz to properly manage your systems. Looking at yourself as a legitimate business instead of a scrappy side-gig starts with getting the backend together.

These tools are going to help you do that and more. Scale your business and stop adding unnecessary stress to your to-do list — they’re so easy, you can start using them TODAY!

In this week's video, I walk you through my most valuable tools and how I use them in my business every day. Wondering what programs keep me going? Read on to find out!

FG Funnels

I'm just skimming the surface with this right now, but I plan to eliminate Teachable Leadpages, Deadline Funnel, and Acuity from my monthly expenses because FG Funnels have been so helpful!

FG Funnels is made by the same people who make Funnel Gorgeous and is a comprehensive marketing software that can help you funnel your leads during a launch (bet ya didn't see that one coming). It's an awesome and totally affordable alternative to many of the systems on the market today.

With it, you can replace software that only does one job, like make sales pages, deadline funnels, membership sites like Kajabi, and others like Teachable, Acuity, Dubsado, Honeybook, Kartra....basically, it's an all in one tool that makes it really easy to manage your leads.

It's one of the best tools I've ever used and the one I'm investing more of my time in every week — so much so that I'm planning to move to FG Funnels to host all my courses because they have an awesome membership portal!

And that's not the only thing they have. You also get:

  • A payment system

  • Scheduling options

  • Templates... LOADS of freaking templates

  • Web design capabilities

Small biz owners — I won’t judge you if you’re jumping for joy in your PJs right now. It's basically a miracle worker. You've got to keep up with tons of stuff to run a biz, and this makes it easier to do so.

Asana

Asana — my trusty content planning tool. It's how I keep everything organized and has made my life a million times easier. I just plug my content ideas into templates, and when it's time to launch, I'm not scrambling to find my promo material.

I also use it to:

  • Keep track of my leads

When you're organized, you have more time to focus on activities that bring in revenue rather than wasting it working on the same tasks over and over again.

Oh, and Asana will definitely save you time trying to find files. We all know how that can quickly take up an hour…or two (hey, I learned my lesson! That's why Asana is my BFF. I'd be lost without it.)

ConvertKit

You can't just use something like Gmail for your email system. You don't want to individually send every opt-in every time someone signs up for your email list— which is what you'll have to do if you don't get an email system like ConvertKit* [need link!].

It also gives you a chance to nurture your email list and create a relationship with each person on there, one where they trust you. And if they trust you, they're more likely to purchase from you.

You can imagine how painful and time-consuming it would be to send every.single.email through Gmail once you build up an email list. Let this be one of the FIRST things you buy for your biz — future you will be eternally grateful.

* This is an affiliate link. I may receive a commission if you purchase this tool, but it will not cost you anything additional.

These tools are helping me reach my goals

My goal in 2022? To maintain our 6-figure revenue. If you missed my post about how to hit six figures in 2022, don't worry. You can click the video below to catch the full recap, or if you're a reader, head over to the blog to get a peek at it.

I break down how you can strategize your road to $100K by using offers, YouTube, and of course, simple math (don't worry, friend. If I can do it, you can too!) You'll learn the EXACT numbers you need to hit six figures, or whatever number you want, in your biz!
